Sandy Relief Project
Not so long ago, Hurricane Sandy hit us bad. I was stranded in my apartment for 10 days (this was way before remote work was a thing!). I couldn't go anywhere besides my neighborhood, and the more I watched the news the more I felt helpless. I knew there were people out there who needed help but I just couldn't get to them. Then I thought, why not help by doing what I do everyday? The project was born. This is a series of posters I created to keep people aware on ways to help. These posters were then made into T-Shirts, iPhone cases, stickers etc and are available for purchase, while all profits go straight to the American Red Cross. In just a couple of days, and a dozen of merchandise sold, I was able to send the first check to the Red Cross.
