The United Nations Global Compact—the largest corporate sustainability initiative—launched the Forward Faster Campaign during the 78th UN General Assembly. Forward Faster is a 7 year campaign urging businesses of all sizes to take ambitious action to help move the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) forward, faster for 2030.
In collaboration with Accenture, our comms and marketing leads and with my creative direction, we created an integrated campaign that comprised of films, a new design system, event activations, a podcast and countless social media mini-campaigns focusing on the 5 action areas we called the private sector to focus on: Climate Action, Gender Equality, Living Wage, Water Resilience and Finance & Investment.
We first launched with the Forward Faster Film that generated more than 3 Million Views and counting in its first months of launching.
Take a look at how this campaign came to life.
The Forward Faster Initiative launched at the Leaders Summit as part of the 78 United Nations General Assembly
We created a simple design system to carry the messages of the campaign globally and in the 6 official UN languages.
The UN Global Compact Local Networks around the world received a media toolkit where they can easily incorporate their area-specific call to actions into the designs, ensuring consistency throughout the region and a unified campaign voice.
A few months after launch, we took the campaign the COP28 in the Dubai.
We created a Climate Action Film that was streamed throughout the high-level events, urging the private sector to take action on climate now.
Take a look.
And this is just the beginning.
